Tentei realizar o meu cadastro na Interactive Brockers, mas foi negado...tenho que admitir que quando realizei o cadastro na hora de realizar o 1º depósito a esposa me chamou para levar a filha ao médico e deixei para depois (ou seja, deixei para finalizar mais tarde).
Quando voltei e tentei retomar a abertura da conta recebi um e-mail da Interactive Brockers negando a abertura da conta. Tentei resolver o problema, mas não consigui e agora o meu cadastro está negado e não sei como solucionar esse imbróglio. Alguém consegue me ajudar?
Envio o e-mail da corretora para conhecimento:
"Dear Applicant,
Interactive Brokers carefully reviews account applications based on the local regulatory and legal obligations and concurrently with other policies and procedures of the wider group of companies. IBKR is guided by its ability to operationally serve clients within those legal and regulatory frameworks. IBKR management has the right in its sole discretion, but not the obligation, to approve client applications or reject them based on such considerations.
Unfortunately, after carefully considering your account application U****0565, IBKR management decided to not proceed with your application at this time. If you already sent funds to IBKR, please log in to Client Portal from the IBKR website and request the funds be withdrawn. Please note that if you do not initiate the withdrawal of any deposited funds, we will need to initiate a manual return of funds process that may result in delays and/or bank fees.
If you require assistance with this withdrawal process, please contact our Client Services Center.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
